Hello,
I would like to present the smartest lucky charm in history and two trade secrets that will make the business owning the copyrighted lucky charm as (financially) successful and famous as a business can be.
I believe the Casino industry (whether in its classic form or online) is maybe the most appropriate type of business to fully benefit of this once-in-a-millennium offer.
NOTE that the lucky charm industry is generating tons of millions of $$ a year. The problem is that the worldwide well-known lucky charms are public domain, so anybody can use them and therefore tens of thousands of businesses are cashing in. Because the offer is unlimited (compared with a limited demand), no business investing in this public domain stuff will hit the jackpot. But what about the smartest of all lucky charms being covered by copyright protection and being owned by only one (vs. "tens of thousands" ) business? How much $$ can it generate for the one lucky owner (the only one that can legally use it)?
And now about the two trade secrets I mentioned:
1
I am :
A double Jackpot winner
Aired for over 6 years on TV
Written about (full article) in the largest newspaper in Ohio, The Plain Dealer
Aired on radio on a 30 min live interview
Very few people on earth have my (above) assets, and even fewer in US. Actually there are not many people to personally know a Jackpot winner, let alone a double Jackpot winner. With an intelligent strategy that I would like to detail to the right Casino's department/person, that blessed Casino can greatly benefit in terms of advertising and, consequently, income.
2
Motto: "Shakespeare wrote
plays with less symbolism."
(Tom Feran about Formula
for Moola in The Plain Dealer)
I am the author and only owner of the smartest Lucky Charm (as a copyrighted LOGO) in modern history. Although some people were skeptical at the beginning that mine is "the smartest Lucky Charm in modern history", they couldn't come up, after weeks/months/years of research, with anything even remotely as witty and on the money. Because the Lucky Charm Logo reads Formula (or "for moola"; you can see why and the whole story behind it by clicking HERE), it is very appealing to plenty of businesses.
There are plenty of famous logos on the market: Nike, Toyota, McDonald's, GE, Adidas and so on; but they are not smart! The Adidas' 3 lines logo would mean nothing without Adidas' products and aggressive and costly ad campaigns all over the media. The well-known logos got into the Hall of Fame after billions of dollars spent in advertising.
But what about a smart logo that will stick to the consumers' brain at the first sight? A logo so intelligent that will bring the competition to its knees in no time? A logo that will instantly make a difference. THE LOGO. See it HERE the way it was presented in 2001 when it made such an impression that it was commented all over the media. (Note that better graphics and some animation would be welcomed).
The stratagem that I envision will be more beneficial for the Casino I'll be in business with than "Popeye the sailorman" cartoon series was for the spinach industry (for which it increased sales by 33%), and so innovative and efficient that it will become overnight subject of study from Stanford to Harvard (which will, obviously, make the Casino even more famous)
Since my proposal is also about trade secrets, I guess I shouldn't be more specific on this web site; I shall provide all the detailed info upon request.
Best of luck !
